Operator rulebook
Trading rules
How prices are formed, how the freeze market is generated, how each outcome settles, and when money leaves the platform. Read this before you take a live position.
Principles
Four things that govern the book
Price formation
Every selection carries a model probability p. The offered price is (1 / p) × (1 − margin), with the house margin applied across the full market so the book overrounds by a fixed target rather than per-selection.
Freeze pricing
On FREEZE the live book suspends, the shot difficulty (0–10) is fed into the model, and a fresh RUNOUT / MISS market is generated inside 15 seconds. Freeze prices are always struck off the frozen table state, never the pre-freeze price.
Settlement
Markets settle from the shot-by-shot feed the moment the deciding event lands. Manual operator settlement overrides the feed and is written to the audit trail with the operator's identity.
Payouts
A winning bet writes a payout row equal to stake × price. Payouts are credited to the punter's wallet balance immediately; withdrawals to a real merchant account are released by an operator in the Treasury tab.
Freeze protocol
The 45-second sequence
- 01Trigger detected — snooker, forced jump, kick, bank, or difficulty above threshold.
- 02Player calls FREEZE to the referee. One freeze per player, per pattern.
- 03Live book suspends instantly. All in-flight bet requests are rejected, not queued.
- 0445-second standstill starts. Freeze market is published within 15 seconds.
- 0530-second betting window on the freeze market, then it closes automatically.
- 06Play resumes. The freeze market settles on the outcome of the forced shot only.
Settlement matrix
How every market resolves
| Market | Wins when | Return | Settled by |
|---|---|---|---|
| RUNOUT | Player pots balls 1–8 in order in a single visit | Stake × price | Auto |
| MISS | Any miss, foul, or failure to complete the pattern in the visit | Stake × price | Auto |
| Hard Ball | The nominated hard ball is potted at the first attempt | Stake × price | Auto |
| Freeze escape | The frozen shot is executed successfully | Stake × price | Auto on next feed event |
| Total patterns | Completed patterns in the session vs the line | Stake × price | On session close |
| Void | Feed loss, equipment failure, referee reversal, or abandoned frame | Stake returned in full | Operator |
Void & rollback
- Feed interruption longer than 20 seconds while a market is open.
- Referee reverses a call after a market has settled — settlement is rolled back and stakes returned.
- Match abandoned before the pattern completes: open patterns void, completed patterns stand.
- Obvious price error (palpable error) — bets taken at the erroneous price are voided at stake.
- Duplicate feed events: only the first event of a given ball index in a visit is scoring.

Money flow
From deposit to payout
Deposit
Card deposits clear through the payment gateway; the wallet is credited only after the payment webhook confirms settlement. Crypto deposits are credited once an operator confirms the reference in Treasury.
Stake
Placing a bet debits the wallet immediately and books the potential return as open liability.
Settle
Winners are credited stake × price. Losers keep no residual. Voids return the stake exactly.
Withdraw
Punters request a withdrawal; an operator approves it in Treasury and funds are released to the punter's payout method.
Real-money operation requires a gambling licence in each market you serve, plus KYC and AML checks on every punter before withdrawal. Payments go live only once the merchant account has completed verification.
